To qualify for admission you need to have passed your school-leaving examinations (qualifying for university entrance) in general or technical subjects. You should also be open-minded, hard-working, flexible in your thinking and mobile in your location.
- Degree in electrical engineering (Mannheim Vocational Academy)
- Degree in business administration (Mannheim Vocational Academy), specializing in industrial manufacturing

You should have: good grades in your school-leaving examination or an Intermediate School Certificate. And what else do we expect from you in the way of personal qualifications? Enthusiasm, an interest in, and understanding of, technical matters, good manual skills and stamina. We offer training vacancies for the following:
- Mechatronics engineer
- Machine tool fitter
- Industrial fitter
- IT skills/office communication (only with Intermediate School Certificate)
